Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict, made with melt-in-the-mouth soft-boiled eggs, is becoming a staple of hotel breakfasts, and goes well with other buffet items.

Ultimate bowl of rice with raw egg

When you serve the freshly cooked rice, first top it with roughly shaved bonito flakes. Fresh hot spring eggs there.
Enjoy it with special soy sauce from Sano Miso, a long-established miso specialty store in Kameido. This is our hotel’s signature egg-cooked rice that was created to be enjoyed with pork soup for a nutritious breakfast.

Pork Miso Soup

Lots of ingredients such as root vegetables and konnyaku. This cup also provides dietary fiber, which is often lacking. Miso, a representative fermented food in Japan, is made using Sano Miso’s special miso, just like the tamago kake gohan.
