Special Breakfast Menu

The best morning to greet in a bright atmosphere with sunlight shining through. Our hotel’s breakfast is prepared with care using carefully selected local ingredients and seasonings, with a focus on fresh vegetables delivered from contracted farmers. The theme is ‘health and beauty’. This is a Japanese-Western buffet that carefully considers the ingredients and cooking methods from a health and beauty perspective, and is gentle on the body even when eaten heartily.

For those who like sweets, we also offer limited menus unique to our hotel, such as ‘Koala March Pancakes’, ‘Ghana Chocolate Drink’ and ‘Chocolate Fountain’.

Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict, made with melt-in-the-mouth soft-boiled eggs, is becoming a staple of hotel breakfasts, and goes well with other buffet items.

Ultimate bowl of rice with raw egg

When you serve the freshly cooked rice, first top it with roughly shaved bonito flakes. Fresh hot spring eggs there.
Enjoy it with special soy sauce from Sano Miso, a long-established miso specialty store in Kameido. This is our hotel’s signature egg-cooked rice that was created to be enjoyed with pork soup for a nutritious breakfast.

Pork Miso Soup

Lots of ingredients such as root vegetables and konnyaku. This cup also provides dietary fiber, which is often lacking. Miso, a representative fermented food in Japan, is made using Sano Miso’s special miso, just like the tamago kake gohan.
Please enjoy this delicious pork soup that will warm your body and soul with egg-cooked rice.
