Our hotel’s breakfast is prepared with care using carefully selected local ingredients and seasonings, with a focus on fresh vegetables delivered from contracted farmers. The theme is ‘health and beauty’. This is a Japanese-Western buffet that carefully considers the ingredients and cooking methods from a health and beauty perspective, and is gentle on the body even when eaten heartily.

For those who like sweets, we also offer limited menus unique to our hotel, such as ‘Koala March Pancakes’, ‘Ghana Chocolate Drink’ and ‘Chocolate Fountain’.

Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict, made with melt-in-the-mouth soft-boiled eggs, is becoming a staple of hotel breakfasts, and goes well with other buffet items.

Ultimate bowl of rice with raw egg

When you serve the freshly cooked rice, first top it with roughly shaved bonito flakes. Fresh hot spring eggs there.
Enjoy it with special soy sauce from Sano Miso, a long-established miso specialty store in Kameido. This is our hotel’s signature egg-cooked rice that was created to be enjoyed with clam miso soup for a nutritious breakfast.

Clam Miso Soup

This is a special clam miso soup made with Sano miso, just like the egg-cooked rice. Shijimi is rich in nutrients that can be expected to have various effects such as recovering from fatigue and beautifying the skin, and by combining it with miso, it can also be expected to improve the intestinal environment and prevent weakening of the immune system. A delicious cup that will warm both your mind and body, please enjoy it with egg-cooked rice.
