When can I make a booking?
We accept bookings up to one year in advance with phone bookings. (excluding the Sumida River Fireworks Festival).
Will there be a cancellation fee if I cancel my hotel reservation?

We charge cancellation fees as follows:
The day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
On the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
No show: 100% of the accommodation fee

Can you tell me about children’s accommodation?

Children less than elementary school age can stay for free if they share a bed with an adult.

※Up to one child less than elementary school age can sleep with an adult per bed.
※If a child is using a bed alone or is a elementary school student or older, we will charge the adult rate.

Is it possible to request a specific floor for the guest room?
We will do our best to accommodate your room preferences for your stay. However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability. Thank you for your understanding.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

※However, the check-in and check-out times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, please check at the time of booking.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

If you would like the room available at your desired time, we charge an additional fee of ¥2,000 (including tax) per room per hour.

An additional fee of late check-out is ¥2,000(including tax) per hour per room. Late check-out is available until 3 PM. For any use of the room after that time, an additional fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.

※Please note that it may not be possible to use the late check-out service depending on the availability of bookings before and after. Please be sure to contact the hotel in advance before using the service.


Is payment required in advance?
At check-in, you can make the payment with cash, credit card or other payment methods recognised by our hotel.
Is it possible to pay with credit cards or gift cards?
We accept AMEX, VISA, JCB, Dinersclub, Mastercard, MUFJ, UnionPay, as well as JCB Gift Card and Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Gift Card.
In addition, QR code payments (Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d Payment, au PAY, Bank Pay, WeChatPay, Alipay, Bank Pay) are available.
Is it possible to make a payment in advance?
Please contact the hotel directly for confirmation of your reservation details and making an advance payment.


Are there amenities for children?
We provide slippers, toothbrushes, nightwear (82cm in length), bedwetting sheets, and tubs for babies at the front desk.
Do you provide bed guards for toddlers?
Yes, please request it at the front desk when making a reservation or during your stay. (Please note that the availability of bed guards is limited.)
Do you provide baby bads?
We have baby beds available for children under 1 year old. However, availability is limited by the number of beds and the rooms that can accommodate them. If you wish to request a baby bed, please contact the hotel in advance to check availability.


Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Luggage storage service is available at the front desk for our guests.
Can I have my luggage delivered before check-in and have it received by the hotel?

If you send your luggage before arrival, we will store it at the front desk. Please include the following information on the shipping label when you send your luggage:

Does the hotel provide lugguage shipping service?
We provide shipping services at the front desk.


Is free Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available at lobby, restaurant, and in the rooms.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms available. If you would like to have rooms located close to each other, please contact the hotel in advance for further assistance.
Do you have accessible rooms for guests with disabilities?
We have one accessible room available. Additionally, we try to minimize steps as much as possible within all the rooms.
What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
We provide hairbrushes, shower caps, hair ties, razors, cotton swabs, cotton pads, toothbrushes and toothpaste, body towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial cleanser, and more as room amenities.
What items are available for rental?
Complimentary rental items include electric stand, extension cord, mobile phone charger, iron/ironing board, shoe dryer, portable speaker, thermometer, blood pressure monitor, blanket, non-allergenic bedding, buckwheat hull pillow, memory foam pillow, nail clippers, ice pack, sewing kit, corkscrew, wine opener, wheelchair (for in-house use only), bath chair, overseas adapter, rental umbrella.
Paid rental items include extra bed (JPY 3,850/night including tax), Blu-ray compatible DVD player (JPY 1,000/night including tax), Various hair irons (JPY 1,000/night including tax).
Can the windows in the guest rooms be opened?
The windows in our hotel rooms cannot be opened.
Do you have a trouser press?
Trouser presses are available in all guest rooms except for the Ladies Floor.


Could you tell me the breakfast hours and prices, please?
Our breakfast is served at Charlotte on the 4th floor from 7:00 to 10:00 (last entry at 9:30). The prices are as follows: 3,000 yen for adults ※If you are staying at the hotel and apply on the day before you take, it will cost 2,500 yen, 1,000 yen for elementary school students, and 500 yen for children aged 4 to preschool (tax included).
Can I make a reservation for breakfast?
We do not accept advance reservations for breakfast. Please come to the restaurant during the operating hours.
Can I bring my own food?
Guests who have food allergies or those who are accompanied by infants or young children may bring food into the restaurant.
Does the restaurant have allergen control?
We provide information on menu items that contain the 7 specified allergens. Please ask our staff about other ingredients used in our menu.
Do you have children’s tableware in the restaurant?
We provide children’s tableware and baby chairs.
Do you have room service?
We do not offer room service.


Do you have any security measures in place?
The elevator is only available for the guests. You can activate the elevator to the guest room floor by holding your room key card over the sensor inside the elevator. Additionally, for security reasons, the first floor entrance will be locked from 1:30 AM to 5:00 AM.
Is smoking prohibited in the entire building?
Yes, all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
Is there a coin-operated washing machine available?
We have two 24-hour fully automatic washing machines and dryers available on the 7th floor. (Wash Machine: 200 yen/ 1 wash and Dryer: 100 yen/ 30 minutes.)
Is there a foreign currency exchange service available?
We offer foreign currency exchange service for our hotel guests at the front desk.
Is wheelchair rental service available?
We have wheelchairs for in-house use available for rental. However, the number of wheelchairs is limited. Please contact the hotel for availability.
Is there a microwave available?
The microwave machine is available on the 7th floor.
May I have a receipt?
Payment of accomadation fees can be made at the front desk. For advance payments, please contact the respective booking website or travel agency.


Is there a parking lot available?

We have a parking lot available by reservation. Please check the following vehicle restrictions and call us to make a reservation:
Vehicle Restrictions: Maximum height 1.55m, maximum width 2.05m, maximum length 5.3m, and maximum weight 2.15t.
Price: 1,500 yen per night (check-in time from 3:00 pm to check-out time 11:00 am).

※If your vehicle exceeds the above restrictions, please contact the hotel for further assistance.
※Parking is available for guests before check-in or after check-out based on availability, however charges may be subject to change in such cases.
※Please note that the vehicle entry and exit are generally closed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is JR and Tokyo Metro’s “Kinshicho” station. It is directly connected to exit 5 of the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line and a 1-minute walk from the North Exit of the JR Kinshicho Station.

To get the Disney Resort from our hotel, you can take the Tokyo Skytree Shuttle bus from Kinshicho Station, which takes approximately 40 minutes.

From Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line “Kinshicho” station, it is one stop (approximately 5 minutes) to the nearest station to Tokyo Skytree, “Oshiage” station, and approximately 15 minutes on foot.
