モバイルバッテリーのご利用に関するお願い
近年、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が国内外で報告されており、消費者庁や総務省消防庁などの各省庁より、リチウムイオン電池使用製品による発熱や発火事故への注意喚起が発信されております。
すべてのお客さまに安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、モバイルバッテリーのご利用につきまして、皆さまに以下の通りご協力をお願い申しあげます。
■モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、お客さまの目が届く範囲で充電を行い、製品の状態を確認できる場所で充電をお願いいたします。完了後はコンセントから取り外してください。
■外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、製品の充電をお控えください。就寝中の充電は発火などの危険がございますので、製品の充電をお控えください。
■高温になる場所や可燃物の近くでは、製品の使用や保管をお控えください。
例）
・直射日光が当たる窓際やテーブル
・ベッドやシーツ、布団などの上
・カーテンの近く
・バッグや衣服の中など、熱がこもりやすい場所
■破損や膨張、異常な発熱など、発煙・発火などのおそれのあるモバイルバッテリーのご使用はおやめください。
■モバイルバッテリーの使用中に、異臭や膨張、発熱などの異常にお気づきになった場合はただちに充電・使用を中止し、フロントまでご連絡ください。
■客室清掃時などに上記が確認された場合、スタッフが製品の移動や、充電を停止させていただく場合がございますことを予めご了承ください。

Important Safety Notice Regarding the Use of Mobile Battery Packs
In recent years, incidents involving smoke emission and fires caused by mobile battery packs have been reported both in Japan and overseas. Government agencies, including the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency, have issued safety warnings regarding overheating and fire risks associated with products using lithium-ion batteries.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using mobile battery packs:
When charging electronic devices using a mobile battery pack, or when charging a mobile battery pack using in-room power outlets, please ensure that the charging is conducted within your sight and in a location where the condition of the device can be monitored. Please disconnect the device from the power outlet once charging is complete.
Please refrain from charging devices when leaving your room unattended. Charging during sleep may pose a risk of fire and should also be avoided.
Do not use or store devices in high-temperature environments or near flammable materials.
Examples include:
Near windows or tables exposed to direct sunlight
On beds, sheets, or bedding
Near curtains
Inside bags or clothing, or in places where heat can easily accumulate
Please do not use mobile battery packs that show signs of damage, swelling, abnormal heat, or any condition that may lead to smoke emission or fire.
If you notice any abnormalities such as unusual odors, swelling, or overheating during use, please immediately stop using and charging the device and contact the front desk.
Please note that if any of the above conditions are observed during room cleaning, hotel staff may move the device or disconnect it from the power source for safety reasons.

近年来，在日本及海外，因移动电源（锂离子电池）引发冒烟、起火的案例有所增加。相关政府部门已发布安全警示。
为确保所有客人的安全与安心，请配合遵守以下事项：
■ 充电时
请在可看见的范围内进行充电。
请在可以确认设备状态的地方充电。
充电完成后，请拔下电源。
■ 离开房间／睡眠时
离开房间时，请勿进行充电。
睡眠时请勿充电，以免发生火灾风险。
■ 请避免的场所
请勿在高温或靠近易燃物的地方使用或存放设备。
例如：
有阳光直射的窗边或桌面
床铺、床单、被褥上
窗帘附近
包内或衣物内等容易积热的地方
■ 关于异常设备
请勿使用出现破损、膨胀或异常发热的移动电源。
■ 发现异常时
如发现异味、发热或膨胀等情况，请立即停止使用及充电。
请联系前台。
■ 酒店说明
如在客房清扫时发现不安全情况，工作人员可能会停止充电或移动设备，敬请谅解。

최근 일본 및 해외에서 보조배터리(리튬이온 배터리)로 인한 연기 및 화재 사례가 발생하고 있습니다. 관련 기관에서도 안전 주의를 당부하고 있습니다.
모든 고객님의 안전하고 쾌적한 이용을 위해 아래 사항을 준수해 주시기 바랍니다.
■ 충전 시
충전 중에는 반드시 눈에 보이는 곳에서 진행해 주십시오.
기기 상태를 확인할 수 있는 장소에서 충전해 주십시오.
충전이 완료되면 콘센트에서 분리해 주십시오.
■ 외출 시 / 취침 시
객실을 비울 때에는 충전을 삼가 주십시오.
취침 중 충전은 화재 위험이 있으므로 삼가 주십시오.
■ 사용 및 보관을 피해야 할 장소
고온이 되기 쉬운 장소나 가연물 근처에서는 사용 및 보관을 삼가 주십시오.
예시:
직사광선이 닿는 창가나 테이블
침대, 시트, 이불 위
커튼 근처
가방이나 의류 안 등 열이 쌓이기 쉬운 장소
■ 이상이 있는 기기
파손, 팽창, 과열 등의 이상이 있는 보조배터리는 사용하지 마십시오.
■ 이상 발생 시
냄새, 발열, 팽창 등의 이상이 느껴질 경우 즉시 사용 및 충전을 중지해 주십시오.
프런트로 연락해 주십시오.
■ 호텔 안내
객실 정리 중 위험 요소가 확인될 경우, 직원이 충전을 중단하거나 기기를 이동시킬 수 있습니다.
